A botanical disco wedding - Elle

Elle got in touch with me on Etsy and asked if I could create her a peach frill veil, and of course my answer was yes!!

Without much other knowledge of the wedding theme or style I was so excited to see Elle’s pictures and see just how she’d styled her gorgeous and unique veil… I was not disappointed!! A beautiful blend of green and peach tones in the most stunning venue for a botanical, disco themed wedding.

I asked Elle what her favourite part of her wedding day was and with so many faves it was difficult to pinpoint but she decided it was ‘definitely the ceremony. I was so nervous to walk down the aisle, but once I saw my husband(!) the rest was honestly perfect. I felt like we were the only twopeople in the room and he was all that mattered.’

The most beautifully romantic response…ever!! But so true, the most important part of your day is celebrating the love between you and your partner and all the stress and nerves can melt away in that tiny moment that you’ll remember forever.

Elle’s biggest worry in the lead up to her wedding was ‘that people would judge me for wearing a peach veil!!! Which seems absolutely mad now because it was perfect. It was out there but it was me and I’m so so glad I had the courage to wear it!’

This makes me so incredibly happy. The most important thing when picking your bridal look is that it represents you!! It’s your wedding day and you want to feel and look just like you, let your personality shine through your outfit and Elle did just that. Her peach veil brought an extra modern touch to her wedding day look and allowed her beautifully bright personality to shine.

And finally I asked Elle how she found her experience with The Boho Bride:

‘Amazing amazing amazing! Kezia was great! Communication was really good, and her attention to detail was perfect. She looked for colour samples and posted them to me until I was happy we found the right one. I couldn’t recommend The Boho Bride enough!’

Thank you so much Elle, and thank you for choosing me to make your beautifully unique veil.

If you are part of The Boho Bride family and would like to feature in our blog then just pop me a message!!
